After the showcase there will be BBQ courtesy of HIMA for all the friends and family of the program both past and Our annual family day BBQ. On Saturday August 4th we will celebrate the end of our band camp and beginning of 2018-19 season. Our students will give an afternoon performance with a free bbq dinner following the performance.The event begins in our stadium and gates open at 4:00 pm. We hope to see you there!
Following the performance we will have our annual end of band camp party for all our current members. All students must check in before 7:00 pm. Students will not be released until 12:00 am. Students must have all paperwork completed in order to participate.
If possible, we ask that our families donate the following items for the BBQ:
- Seniors: Sturdy paper plates or bowls, napkins or paper towels, plastic forks or spoons, or plastic cups (1 or 2 large-count packages of your choice from the list)
- Juniors: Cookies or desserts (minimum 2–3 dozen—store-bought only)
- Sophomores: Soda (three or four 2-liter bottles)
- Freshmen: Potato chips, pretzels, or corn chips (minimum 2 large bags)
Any nonperishable items should be brought to Band Camp on Thursday, August 2nd; please bring perishable items Friday morning, August 4th.
