WHO: ALL NEW AND RETURNING MARCHING BAND STUDENTS
WHAT: Your student will be fitted and assigned a marching uniform for the 2017-18 school year. They must bring/wear: black shorts, black t-shirt, black socks, marching gloves if applicable, and marching shoes. If you have not ordered your marching shoes, please do so ASAP! SUPER DRILLMASTER, model #02-500, from www.americanband.com.
If you have not received your shoes by Saturday, we will have a pair you can wear for the fitting.
WHERE: Helix Charter High School Band Garage, about halfway between the band room and the football field. From the band room, start walking toward the field and you will see us on your right between the garages and the old theater.
WHEN: Saturday, July 28th, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

- 1:00 O - S
- 2:00 T - Z
If you have a conflict may come any time during this window but please plan to arrive by 2:00 so we can be done by 3:00.
PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!! Many volunteers are needed to help make this day successful. We have more than 100 students to fit throughout the day. We will have stations set up to help make it a smooth process and we will teach you anything you need to know. Lunch will be provided to all parent volunteers who are available for the duration of the day. Please email Jean Baber at firstname.lastname@example.org .
