Colorguard
Designed to prepare students for performances with the Highlander Band as well as Winterguard competitions in the spring, this class focuses on body work, dance and equipment technique. Colorguard is the critical visual unit of the Highlander Band, performing with flags and our banner during parades, and varied flags and weapons during field shows.
All students in this class are also enrolled in the Highlander Band and therefore are expected to attend all marching rehearsals.
