We have our first dining out fundraiser of the year coming up this Thursday, August 28 at Souplantation. Just come and have dinner at Souplantaion on Fletcher Parkway in La Mesa. Help us spread the word out to the community. Print out the flyer below and hand it in at the register. This one of the easiest ways to support our program and help us raise a few bucks. The Helix Instrumental Music Association is one of largest and most successful school music programs in east county San Diego. The Music Program at Helix currently consists of approximately 180 students in eight main groups: Drumline, Bagpipes, Color Guard, Orchestra, Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Jazz Band and Wind Symphony. All three bands, as well as the color guard and bagpipes, combine to form the Helix Highlander Band.
Our foundation, the Helix Instrumental Music Association (HIMA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization Tax Id# 23-7255896 formed to support the Instrumental Music program at Helix Charter High School.
