Programs

The Helix Instrumental Music Program has seven main performing groups: Concert/Symphonic Band, Wind Symphony, Percussion Ensemble, Orchestra, Pipe Band, Colorguard, and Jazz Band.  The three bands and other groups meet during different class periods during the school day.  There is also a student run Pep Band for away football games in the fall that also sometimes performs for basketball games as well. 

As members of Helix Instrumental Music, students pledge to pursue excellence and a higher level of education through music and the performing arts. We encourage the development of musical talents, inspire the community, support the arts, and promote social unity by performing to the best of our abilities.
